3/4 @Icelandair You should simply pay the dividends of whatever it will cost. As now you have two people stranded in Paris. The CAPTIAL CITY OF FRANCE!!!! And you expect people to just get a hotel with a price limit.

@Icelandair I fully understand about cancelling flights due to weather. It needs to be safe travel. However your customer service policy is horrendous. You were basically just happy to say your flight is now tomorrow bye. Just not good enough!!!

2/4 @Icelandair Then after your poor customer service worker following stupid rules. You finally come back with a limit of €150 compensation for a hotel. Regardless of whether I could find somewhere or not.

4/4 @Icelandair I am not a person that will all go a sudden buy a suite for night but giving a price limit on a hotel room without even offering one or helping to offer one is just disgraceful especially when two people don’t even live in the country they are travelling from!!!!
